Broccoli Cheese Soup

This recipe for broccoli cheese soup, found on Nealy's blog (originally from my mom's cookbook Good For You) is so good, doesn't require a lot of ingredients, is fairly inexpensive to make, and you typically have most of the ingredients on hand. You could also make it with cauliflower. The only (and I mean only!) change I make to this recipe is I sautee half an onion first. Oh, and I usually add a little extra cheese. :) Enjoy!
