Fun with the Cousins

We've been spending lots of weekends at the lake this summer! I haven't taken a ton of pictures there yet this summer, but here's one of the three girls in their swimsuits, ready to run out to the beach to play in the sand:

Avery and Evelyn have also gotten to see their Iowa cousins this summer, thanks to them visiting! Here's a picture of the girls at the Como Zoo.

Birthday Party Round Two and Easter Pics

Last weekend we celebrated Easter with Matt's family in Cedar Rapids. Part of the weekend celebration included another birthday party for Avery Sue! She's quite happy about it--can you tell??

The cupcakes were a hit, of course.

She now is keenly aware of the meaning (and shape, color, and size) of presents. This is her "hurry mommy I want to open my presents" face. It was so sweet of everyone to plan another bday party for her. I'm going to try to save some of her presents to put in my nursing basket.

The little girls enjoyed an Easter egg hunt after church. They are so goofy.

You know you had a good time at Grandma's house when you pass out in your carseat on the way home!

This has been on my To-Do List for far too long!! Here are a few pictures from our AWESOME Rebarcak family Orlando/Disney Christmas 2011 Trip!! (complements of my iPhone... sorry--I'll get a nice camera one of these days...)

And a day at Magic Kingdom. I don't know if you can see Avery's face, but from afar, she was goo-goo over Minnie. Up close though was a different story!

Grandmas and Spaghetti

BOTH Grandma W and Cici were in town at the same time last weekend, so we all went to dinner. I'm pretty sure Avery's two favorite people in the world (other than Mommy and Daddy) are Grandma and Cici. She's one lucky kiddo.

The only thing that could have made her night better would be a huge plate of spaghetti. Check!

What a whirlwind of weekend we had!

First we stopped in Ames to see my family. Had a YUMMY meal of beef tenderloin... I'm still drooling over it.

Then we headed to Cedar Rapids, where Matt's family lives, to see even MORE cousins! First thing on the agenda: tea party, complete with real chex mix! Avery loves grandma's toy room.
